Delivery Charges and Timescales - Standard delivery. We aim to deliver all goods within 5 working days.

Where do we deliver? - We are currently only able to offer delivery services to the UK.

Delivery Charges - Postal charges apply as follows:

Orders up to £5 carry a small charge of £2.00 to cover P&P
Orders up to £10 carry a charge of £4.95 to cover P&P
Orders up to £20 carry a charge of £5.95 to cover P&P
Orders up to £80 carry a charge of £6.95 to cover P&P

For all orders of £80 and above, free of charge delivery applies.

Orders are sent out using either Royal Mail standard parcel post or Parcel Force. In some case orders maybe delivered by DHL or FedEx

Out Of Stock Items - If your item is not in stock, we will back order the item for you. You will be emailed giving the option to cancel your order if you would prefer.

All prices are fully inclusive of all UK Taxes.

How To Pay - Payment is via PayPal, but you can use a PayPal account or credit/debit card (whichever you prefer). See the image below:

Credit Card Security - When your order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. All transactions are processed via PayPal secure network. Your credit card details are never held in clear text on any web site.

ECheque Payments - ECheque payments are treated in a similar way to cheques as uncleared funds. No goods will be sent out until confirmation from Paypal that cleared funds are available. This may result in a delay in despatch of 7 - 9 working days.

Alternative Ordering Process - Alternatively you can email an order and pay by cheque made payable to Kitchen Rack (UK). Please write your home address and cheque card number on the back. Your cheque will be banked upon receipt of your order and will need to be cleared before goods can be despatched (this can take up to 7 days).

Returns Policy - All of our products are delivered in perfect condition and packed accordingly. If, for any reason, you are not happy with the quality of the goods, all goods maybe returned within 28 days with the option of a refund or replacement item.
